Product "Imou NVR-N118W-8A0E H.265 18-Channel Wi-Fi NVR"
Imou N118W is a Wi-Fi 6 recorder that brings up to 18 cameras together in one place and stores everything on a hard drive. Once you have more than a couple of cameras, a recorder beats a memory card in each one.
| 📼 All recordings in one place Up to 18 channels recorded to a hard drive — no need to check each camera's card separately. | 📶 Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 Cameras connect wirelessly, with no cable run to each one. |
| 🕓 A long archive A hard drive holds months of footage; a memory card holds days. | 📱 Same app The recorder and cameras live together in the Imou Life app. |
Good for a home or small site with several cameras where you want to keep footage longer than a memory card allows. The hard drive is not included — choose a surveillance-rated drive.

Imou – Dahua's consumer brand
Imou is Dahua Technology's brand for home users. The devices are made for self-installation: Wi-Fi cameras, doorbells, battery and solar cameras and small recorders, all managed from a phone app.
Why Imou?
Installation without an installer – a camera is usually up and streaming with just a phone and Wi-Fi, with no cabling work.
Battery and solar – where there is no power — a summer house, a shed, a gate — a battery camera solves it without wiring.
The same factory as Dahua – image quality and reliability come from Dahua manufacturing, while the interface and the price target a home user.
Imou suits a home or a small site. If you need server recording, user rights or dozens of cameras, look at Dahua's professional range.
