Payment options

ESTO — bank link — pay now by Estonian bank link.

ESTO instalments — split the purchase into monthly payments; the contract is signed on ESTO’s page.

Advance payment — you pay on the basis of the order confirmation; the bank details are in that email. The goods are dispatched or made available for collection once payment has been received, and that is when we issue the accounting invoice.

Invoice with a payment term — for customers with a credit agreement. The goods are released together with the invoice and payment is made by the agreed date.

On site at our office — by card or cash.

Collect from our warehouse. The fastest way to receive your order is our office at Sõpruse pst. 159B, Tallinn, Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00.

Venipak and DPD parcel lockers. You choose the specific locker during checkout. The maximum weight for a parcel locker shipment is 30 kg.

OSC courier to your address. The price depends on the weight of the shipment: up to 1 kg €4.95, up to 5 kg €5.85, up to 10 kg €6.30, up to 20 kg €7.20, up to 30 kg €8.40, up to 50 kg €10.20. Larger shipments and pallets by agreement.

Delivery to the islands

Carriers apply different island surcharges. These are calculated automatically during checkout — the delivery price shown at checkout is final.

Once the free-delivery threshold is reached, only the surcharge remains. For example Venipak to Hiiumaa: €12.75 on orders below €50 (€2.30 + €10.45), and only the €10.45 surcharge on orders above €50.

The smaller islands are Vormsi, Kihnu, Ruhnu and others. For those we contact you and confirm the delivery price before dispatch.

Orders placed before 14:00 — for both goods in stock and goods on order — are handed over to the carrier on the same business day, regardless of the courier chosen. Orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched on the next business day. The remaining delivery time depends on the carrier and is usually 1–2 business days.

Delivery prices are also shown next to the chosen delivery method during checkout. All prices include VAT.

Goods are shipped to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Poland.
