PoE injector TP-Link

Product "PoE injector TP-Link"

TP-Link TL-POE150S is a PoE injector that adds PoE power to an ordinary switch or router port. It lets you run a single camera or access point without buying a whole PoE switch.

Key Advantages and Features:

  • Adds PoE to one port: an ordinary switch or router gains a single PoE port
  • IEEE 802.3af standard: compatible with all 802.3af devices and PoE receivers
  • 15.4 W output: 48 V DC — enough for an IP camera, access point or IP phone
  • Gigabit speed: 10/100/1000 Mbps ports do not cap network speed
  • No configuration: plug and play, with no setup at all

Technical Specifications:

ParameterSpecification
StandardIEEE 802.3af (PoE), 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab
Output powerup to 15.4 W, 48 V DC
Ports1 × 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 (LAN IN), 1 × 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 (PoE OUT)
Powerexternal 48 V adapter
Mountingdesktop, compact housing
Operating temperature0…40 °C

Best suited for: a single camera or access point where a whole PoE switch would be overkill. Note that 802.3af delivers up to 15.4 W — a heftier PTZ or heated camera needs an 802.3at (PoE+) injector.

TP-Link – networking from home to enterprise

TP-Link is one of the world's largest networking manufacturers. Our range focuses on the Omada business line: managed switches, PoE switches and Wi-Fi access points that are configured centrally from a controller.

Why TP-Link?

  • Central Omada management – every access point and switch is configured from one interface, either an on-site controller or the cloud. On a large site that means you stop configuring device by device.

  • PoE throughout – the switch powers both cameras and access points, so there is no need to run separate power to each device.

  • A wide range of price points – the same family covers a small office and a fully managed network, without compatibility gaps.

For surveillance work TP-Link is above all the part that carries camera video to the recorder: switches, PoE and site Wi-Fi.
