Product "Dahua PFA162-SG Universal Joint for Camera – Aluminium, ±30 Degree Tilt, up to 6 kg"

Dahua PFA162-SG is an aluminium alloy universal joint that sets the camera's tilt anywhere from −30° to +30°. It goes between the camera and the mounting surface: the lower plate screws to the wall or ceiling, the camera onto the top plate. It carries up to 6 kg.

Key Advantages and Features:

  • Tilt ±30°: The camera can be turned up to 30° below or above the plane. That covers aiming down from under the eaves and mounting on a sloped surface without tilting the camera itself.
  • 6 kg load rating: Carries larger industrial cameras together with their housing and bracket.
  • Aluminium alloy: Cast aluminium, works from −40 °C to +60 °C.
  • Plane mount: Fixes to a wall, a ceiling or any flat base with four bolts; the camera or its bracket screws onto the top plate.
  • Open centre for the cable: The top plate has cable openings, so the cable can pass through the joint instead of being pinched.

In our range it fits the Dahua IPC-HFW8449J-Z-2712-SC bullet camera. The joint in turn mounts onto the PFB7716WA-SG-EX wall bracket, so camera, joint and bracket form one assembly. More broadly it fits any camera or camera bracket under 6 kg whose fixing points match the joint's top plate. ⚠️ The joint has basic corrosion protection only - for salt air and acid-rain locations choose the PFA160A-SG instead. If you are unsure, ask us.
