Dahua ITC431-KW4F-G Spotter Nano is an all-in-one traffic enforcement camera: a 4 MP starlight sensor, 8-32mm motorized zoom, a built-in speed radar and a 4G module in one IP68/IK10 housing. It reads the number plate, identifies vehicle type, colour and brand, and captures speeding and other violations as a composite image. With a SIM card it works without a network cable — events go to the platform over the mobile network.

- 4 MP 1/1.8″ starlight sensor: A large sensor, 140 dB WDR and 0.0001 lx sensitivity keep plates legible at night and against headlights.
- 61–62 GHz speed radar: The built-in millimetre-wave radar measures speed from 5 to 180 km/h with ±2 km/h accuracy and tracks up to 32 targets; radar-video fusion cuts false triggers.
- ANPR and vehicle attributes: Deep-learning plate recognition plus vehicle type, colour and brand; for motorcycles also helmet use and passenger count.
- Violation capture: Speeding, driving too slow, wrong-way driving, illegal lane change, illegal stopping and congestion — up to 3 overview images plus 1 close-up in one composite.
