Dahua IPC-HDW2241T-ZS is a 2 MP eyeball camera with a motorized 2.7–13.5 mm lens: the field of view is set from software, not by hand. WizSense tells people and vehicles from other movement, infrared reaches 40 metres and the microphone records audio as well.

- The lens is set remotely: the motorized 2.7–13.5 mm lens is adjusted from software, not with a screwdriver on a ladder. Field of view 108° down to 30°.
- Tells people and vehicles apart: the WizSense deep-learning algorithm separates people and vehicles from other movement. Perimeter protection (tripwire and intrusion) and SMD alarm only on a real target.
- 40 m of infrared: two IR illuminators reach up to 40 metres. Minimum illumination is 0.002 lux in colour and 0.0002 lux in black and white.
- It hears too: a built-in microphone records audio with the video; audio detection is one of the alarm events.
- Built for weather: metal housing, IP67 and a −30 °C to +60 °C range. Power over 12 VDC or PoE (802.3af), up to 6 W.
