Dahua ASI1201E-V1 is a one-door access standalone for outdoor use, combining a card reader and a touch keypad in one IP66 housing. The door opens with a 13.56 MHz IC card or a PIN code; the unit drives the lock directly or works as a reader in a larger system.

Key Advantages and Features:

  • Card, code or both: The door opens with an IC card, a PIN code or remotely. Methods can be combined, e.g. card + code, when one factor is not enough.
  • 30,000 users: Stores 30,000 users, 30,000 cards and 30,500 codes (30,000 personal + 500 public) plus a 60,000-event log.
  • Controller or reader: Works as a standalone one-door controller (lock, exit button and door contact wired directly) or as a reader under a larger controller over RS-485 or Wiegand.
  • Built for outdoors: IP66 housing, operates from −30 °C to +60 °C. The backlit touch keypad stays readable in the dark.
  • Managed over the network: TCP/IP and auto registration: manage users and cards in SmartPSS Lite or DSS Pro, firmware updates over the network.
  • Alarms: Tamper, duress, intrusion, door held open too long, anti-passback and repeated attempts with an unknown card.
